Activity: Implementing home page, checkpoints with UI, restart/exit functionality, and finalizing first playable build
Invested hours: 4.5
Notes: Added a home page scene with some basic instructions, it is used to start the game and it is where the user is redirected when they click exit from the game. I also added a restart button to the game to start the level over. I added cylinders to show the user where the checkpoints are.
Outcome: The first playable build is now complete and Ill upload it. Ill wait for the feedback sessions from players before updating. I suspect the main issue will be the camera system sadly, but other than that, I am quite happy with the game.
